Apartment - Bharath Enclave II
Overview
Our society was formed in the year 1961. The main objective of the society is to form residential layouts and allot sites to its members. The society has so far formed layouts at Jaladarshini (New BEL Road), Vidyaranyapura, Bharatnagar (Magadi Road), Nagaruru (Near Nelamangala), Yelahanka (Doddaballapur Road, Near BMS Engineering College). The new layout under formation is near Big Banyan Tree(Mysore Road).
Apart from formation of residential layouts the society has ventured into building apartments with a view to accommodate more number of members. Keeping this in mind, the society has earmarked two areas, one at Vidyaranyapura and the other at Bharat Nagar Layout. The society has taken up the construction of apartments in Bharat Nagar Layout. After successfully completing BHARAT ENCLAVE – I and II, the society has started two more projects, BHARAT ENCLAVE – III AND IV both with six units of 3BHK. This project has been approved by BBMP. The construction is already in progress and is in full swing.
